Our employees are the lifeline of our success. We offer our employees incentives and programs that are not common in our industry. We provide amenities such as an employee lounge with snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, and assorted beverages at no charge. In addition to refreshments, we have a variety of games such as a large yard tic tac toe or Jenga. We offer a commissary where traditional toiletries are sold alongside favorite foods from South Africa and Mexico. We also have a laundromat with full size industrial washer and dryers. If we want good people to work with us, we feel we need to provide them with the tools they need. In return, our employees adhere to some of the strictest codes in the industry. Long hair, ponytails, beards, and excessive facial hair on men are not allowed. Earrings are worn by women only and tattoos must be covered by all employees. Everyone is expected to be well-groomed and acceptable to our guests. Aligned with our mission statement, with safety first, ALL employees must pass a drug test and random drug tests throughout the year. This includes our executives and management. Our codes contribute to the total environment we create for our guests and what sets us apart from any other carnival in the industry.
