Employee Safety
Every RCS employee—from our tenured leadership down to each event’s seasonal midway worker—is drug tested and has undergone rigorous training and orientation programs.
We maintain one of the strictest substance abuse policy for all employees, including seasonal and independent contractors. When you interact with any RCS employee, you’re being helped by someone who has been background checked, drug tested and committed to your safety.
Ride Safety
At RCS, every ride must be as safe and secure as humanly possible. After all, our children and grandchildren ride our rides every year.
All our ride supervisors are AIMS and/or NAARSO certified with over 5000 hours of training, as well as held to annual internal standards to raise personal certifications. Each and every ride is thoroughly inspected during setup and takedown, as well as checked daily using cutting edge computerized inspection software. Our comprehensive maintenance and inspection schedule ensures every guest at every event has worry-free fun.Food Safety
Flavor is one of the key ingredients to an unforgettable experience on an RCS midway. Every event is different (and so is every palate), but our commitment to food safety standards never changes. Our food and beverage partners are held to local health and safety requirements wherever we operate, including:
- Proper permits, including Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permits and appropriate local licenses
- Reliable food sources
- Handwashing stations
- Temperature control

Yes. Every ride is carefully inspected and tested before opening, following all applicable safety standards and operating procedures to help provide a safe experience for every guest.
Why do some rides have height requirements?
Height requirements are established to help ensure each ride can be enjoyed safely. Guests should always follow the posted guidelines and
