Any necessary outside bag is subject to search by security before admittance to the carnival.
Carnival Attendees assume risks of property loss and injury
No outside food or beverages will be permitted, with the exception of:
A. Sealed water bottles.
B. Health-related instances, which include but are not limited to food allergies or medical conditions
All persons entering the Spring Fling are subject to Arizona Board of Regents and University of Arizona rules and regulations, and the Laws of the State of Arizona. The University may revoke the ticket license and eject or refuse entry to persons for violation of Spring Fling rules, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, consumption of alcohol or other misconduct.
The University prohibits the use of products that contain tobacco or nicotine, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bidis, kreteks, hookahs, water pipes, and all forms of smokeless tobacco. Littering campus with remains of tobacco or smoking-related products also is prohibited.
Service animals are permitted in Spring Fling. If an animal is not trained to do work or perform tasks, and only provides comfort or emotional support, the animal is not a service animal and may be excluded from access.

Clear Bag Policy:
– Bags that WILL be permissible:
– Bags that are clear plastic or vinyl and do NOT exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
– One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag i.e. Ziploctype bags
– Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, after being searched
– Exceptions to this may include medical items such as oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc. These items will be searched prior to entrance.
Bags that WILL NOT be allowed inside the carnival:
– Purses larger than a clutch, exceeding roughly the size of a hand
– Briefcases
– Backpacks
– Fanny packs
– Diaper bags: all items normally stored in a diaper bag must be placed into a clear bag
– Cinch bags
– Luggage of any kind
– Reusable grocery totes
– Camera bags
– Mesh or straw bags
– Cooler bags
– Computer bags
– Camera bags
– Any bag larger than the permissible size, unless credentialed personnel carrying such belongings have been thoroughly searched
PLEASE NOTE:
– Prohibited bags may not be placed inside a clear bag to gain entry
– All permissible bags will still be searched upon entry
Additional Prohibited Items:

– Large umbrellas
– Weapons: guns, ammunition, knives, box cutters

RCSFUN RIDES
Mach 1
Riders must be at least 56” and no taller than 75” to ride. This is a high, speed thrill ride where riders will experience 3.5 G’s. Ride stands 120 feet tall. Riders must sit upright and be restrained by shoulder harness. Riders must ascend/descend entry and exit steps.
Monster Trucks
Riders must be 42” to ride alone. Riders between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion.
Pirates Island
Riders must be at least 42” to ride alone. Riders between 36” and 42” must ride with a supervising companion. Participants must stand, walk, climb, and slide alone on their backs.
